2008

August of 2008 Omma Studio theatre organizes for a second time, a 10 days’ work with Maud Robart, collaborator of Jerzy Grotowski in the dormitories of the Monastery of Saint Anthony in Zaros city (south of Crete).

2007

April of 2007 Organizes 5 days’ seminar for actors, with the Polish actor Przemek Wasilkowski.

June of 2007 Omma Studio theatre organizes for a first time, in the Monastery of Saint Antony in Zaros (south of Crete), a 10 days seminar with Maud Robart, upon ancient vibratory songs.

August 2007 Organizes a five days seminar with Roberta Carreri and Torgeir Wethal.

August - September of 2006

  • Rena Mirecka comes to Heraklion again, to continue the work with the actors of Omma Studio theatre: Antonis Diamantis,Irini Koutsaki and Maria Saritsami

October of 2005

Rena  Mirecka  comes in Omma Studio theatre  for a  first  time  and  gives  a  5  days  seminar. She decides to stay for two more months in order to work with 3 actors of Omma Studio, on actions.

2004 – 2006

  • Omma Studio theatre becomes a partner to the three years European Project “Traces Roads Across” Led by “The Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards. The Project realizes in Pontedera, (Italy), Vienna(Austria), Instabul (Turkey), France, Novisad (Serbia), Sofia (Bulgaria). Omma Studio participates in all the actions of the Project ( seminars, performances etc.) and hospitalizes in Zaros (city in South of Crete) for the first time in Greece, The workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards for 2 months where the Workcenter presents all of its researches and performances as well as organizes theatre meetings and Laboratories.
    June of 2004
    Omma Studio publishes the Book of Eugenio Barba “The Land of Ashes and Diamonds” in Greek, in Collaboration with Gavriilides publications in Athens. Translated by Irini Koutsaki and Antonis Diamantis.
  • May - June 2004 in Heraklion – Creta
    Omma Studio organizes the International Festival “Small Theatrical Olympics” in its Theatre in Heraklion, with participations of groups from, Poland, Holland, Serbia, Colombia, Argentina.
